We will order surveys for topography and soils to understand the site conditions for future design and building, determine best use of space to utilize wind and sun. After that we will also survey all access to property and perform inquiries into the utilities available on site and nearby. All of this information combined with the General Project scope will allow us to move to the next phase of the Planning Process.
