As a General Contractor, PT NSG will act as the main link to the owner for all construction works. The responsibility for all construction work lies on the General Contractor, whose ultimate responsibility is to hand over a completed project as specified in the contract. Our Contracting Services is a good fit for clients comfortable dealing directly with the Contractor for their project, or for projects with existing management in place.

PT NSG provides Project Management (PM) and Construction Management (CM) Services for end-to-end Real Estate Development The PT NSG PM/CM Manager will ensure clear scopes of work are delivered, deadlines and budgets are met and quality standards are realized.
To understand the difference between the two roles, the role of the Project Management (PM) will oversee the entirety of a project, including the works of all consultants and contractors, while our Construction Management (CM) Service oversees the construction works by the General Contractor or Subcontractors only.

Deliver
Let's learn about your vision for your project. We can discuss potentials and limitations of the project and get a full understanding of your needs.
We will also collect the general project information needed to provide budgets, schedules and Full Delivery of our General Contracting Service.
We will review all the information consultation and develop a proposal for our services. We will present the detailed proposal for your consideration.
Once contracts are delivered and signed, we can move to the mobilization phase. This will include the securing of labor, preparing site for construction, ordering materials and setting up management for control of the project.
With the mobilization complete, we begin construction. We provide ongoing management for our team and plan for regularly schedule meetings with our clients.
With all construction complete, we will perform final walk thru for sign off. Warranties will be handed over along with all project documentation for shop drawings, as build drawings and other project information.
