Our Architecture Delivery
We provide Architecture Design for Commercial and Residential Projects in Bali, Indonesia. Our Architecture Services are delivered in 5 stages, as seen below. We also offer a Fully Integrated Design Service which includes all Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design.

This stage allows for the project program to take the form of theoretical drawings. During this stage, all information gathered during the Pre-Design and Onboarding process will be applied to create conceptual designs that allow for visualization of the project. The purpose of this stage is to realize the general conceptual aspects of the project.
DELIVERABLES
- Site Programming (Pre-Design Work)
- Conceptual Layout for Structures and Floorplans (Includes 3 Concepts, 5 Revisions of the accepted concept)
- Interior + Exterior Materials Concepts (Mood Board Presentation)
Once the schematic design is accepted, Architectural details are refined. Material selections are determined, Quality Imagery is produced, and absolute dimensions and locations are settled. The purpose of this stage is to gain a full understanding of all elements and placements within the spaces.
DELIVERABLES
- 3D Modeling of Interior | 3D Renders Provided (Revision maximum twice)
- 3D Modeling of Exterior | 3D Renders Provided (Revision maximum twice)
- Walkthrough Video
The Full Project Documentation provides all final details for the Design. Profiles, Specifications and installation methods are meticulously developed and overlaid page by page to ensure the highest level of delivery for the end product. The purpose of this stage is to produce all documents required for the completion of Interior Design and Engineering Design.

- Engineering (Analysis + Calculations)
- Construction Documents (Complete Building Plans)
- Design Specifications (Details Finishes, Fixtures and Material Selections)
During the Bidding phase, RFP will be provided. We will coordinate, deliver and clarify all Documentation prepared for Tender and document all RFI, Submittals and Transmittals exchanged. Once the client has selected the consultants, PT NSG will prepare for the Final Phase of the Design Process, Construction Administration

During the Build Out of Construction, PT NSG will provide Construction Administration. Our duties will entail inspection of work performed to ensure the building methods and materials used are in accordance with the specifications of the Construction Documents. We will also provide ongoing support for clarification for issues the construction team may encounter.
Ongoing, PT NSG will provide approval for Variation orders and progress payments for works completed. The Final step during this process is to sign off on all works. We will provide a punch list for any items overlooked by the construction team and verify once the Contract is fulfilled.

Let's learn about your vision for your project. We can discuss potentials and limitations of the project and get a full understanding of your needs.
We will also collect the general project information needed to provide budgets, schedules and Design Delivery
We will review all the information from the initial consultation and develop the scope of work and a proposal for our services. We will present the detailed proposal for your consideration.
Once contracts are delivered and signed, we can move to the design phase. This will include the Schematic Design, Design Development and finally the Documentation phases.
With all the Design complete, its time to get ready for the actual construction.. PT NSG is a General Contractor and is able to ensure a smooth handover from the Design time.
Should the client desire Construction Services outside of PT NSG, will assist in the Bidding (Tender) Process or Direct Appointment.
