Toya Pakeh Villa Development

As an architect for a multi-unit luxury villa development in Toya Pakeh, Bali, PT NSG oversaw the design of a visually striking collection of high-end villas set amidst a tranquil and picturesque tropical environment. 

Drawing inspiration from traditional Balinese design elements, the villas feature a seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living spaces, incorporating local materials such as bamboo, teak, and natural stone. 

Large windows and open-air terraces provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape and maximize natural light. Each villa incorporates modern amenities such as private pools and outdoor showers, while still maintaining a sense of privacy and exclusivity. 

Sustainable design practices were employed throughout the project, including the use of solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems. Ultimately, these luxurious villas serve as a tranquil retreat for those seeking the ultimate island getaway experience.
