The 23-unit villa development in Uluwatu, Bali is a standout property that features world-class amenities like a spa, gym, restaurant, lobby, co-working and event space. During the planning stage, our aim was to create a space that offered not only luxurious living but also a sense of community and a feeling of warmth. 

Taking inspiration from local Balinese architecture and culture, the architect has employed a mix of traditional and modern design elements that add a touch of sophistication to the property while retaining its authentic feel.

 The villas themselves are designed to maximize space and natural lighting, while the shared spaces have been thoughtfully planned to create a harmonious environment where residents can socialize, work and relax.
