Deliverables & Detail

We deliver landscape design packages that are highly coordinated with architecture, climate, and program. Each element contributes to outdoor spaces that are functional, atmospheric, and sustainable. Below are the core deliverables included in most projects, tailored to the project’s scale, site, and typology.

Softscape & Hardscape Planning
We design the full layout and detail of softscape (planting, lawns, trees, and green zones) and hardscape (walkways, terraces, paving, steps, outdoor seating, and built-in elements). This includes surface material selection, visual hierarchy, shade zones, and seamless transition between interior and exterior spaces. We balance durability, comfort underfoot, and integration with the architectural character. Hardscape zones are graded and connected to the site’s drainage logic.
Circulation & Access Flow
We analyze and design the movement logic across the outdoor site — from vehicle entries to pedestrian walkways, poolside flow, and garden loops. This includes hierarchy (primary vs secondary paths), surface treatments, transitions (ramps, steps), and guest or resident entry sequencing. The goal is to create an intuitive, comfortable experience with clear access to all zones while preserving privacy and enhancing spatial rhythm.
Outdoor Spatial Zoning (Pools, Gardens, Lounges, Dining)
We define outdoor areas for specific functions — such as sunbathing terraces, shaded lounge areas, outdoor dining spaces, firepit or BBQ areas, pools, Jacuzzis, yoga decks, or garden courtyards. Each function is located based on sun path, views, privacy, and wind exposure. Spatial zoning includes clear layouts with recommended dimensions, proximity to interior spaces, and material demarcation for each function.
Plant Selection Suited to Climate
We curate planting palettes that respond to the site’s microclimate, soil conditions, and maintenance goals. This includes native and adaptive species that support biodiversity, require minimal irrigation, and align with the desired aesthetic (e.g., lush tropical, minimal desert, jungle courtyard). Deliverables include a full plant schedule with species, quantity, pot sizes, and planting densities. Palettes are coordinated with architecture and interior material tones.
Drainage and Irrigation Planning
We provide strategic design guidance for surface water management and irrigation systems. This includes proposed slopes for proper runoff, placement of drainage lines and collection points, and schematic design of irrigation zones. Where applicable, we incorporate rainwater harvesting or greywater reuse into the system. Documentation supports MEP coordination and efficient installation.
Lighting & Outdoor Ambience Strategy
Our lighting concept enhances functionality and creates atmosphere after dark. We define key lighting zones including pathway lighting, feature tree uplighting, wall washers, pool and water feature lighting, and ambient garden glow. Recommendations balance mood, safety, and energy efficiency (often LED or solar-powered). Our strategy ensures that lighting supports the architectural tone and guest experience.
