Min.3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Mastering Autocad & Microsoft Office programs Have skills in evaluating volume, unit price, and procedures as stated in tender documents or contract documents. Able to make bill of quantity in accordance with working drawings, field technical data, and technical specifications used in project work. Able to communicate in English well Domiciled in Bali Having skills in the field of Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related fields are preferred.

Requirements:
We are looking for highly motivated and talented architects with 2-4 years Architectural & Consultant experience Have general skills and knowledge in the field of architectural design, interior design, technical principles and building codes. Able to formulate concepts in architectural and interior design Proficient in English (oral and written) Mastering skills: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, presentation, rendering (Revit/ BIM is a plus) Can do calculations and estimate costs Leadership spirit (able to lead in a team)
