This stage allows for the project program to take the form of physical drawings. The approximate detail of building systems, infrastructure, MEP, interior and exterior finishes, and the building site are drawn into plan. Presentations of the schematic design are reviewed and revised until a final version is accepted.

Once the schematic design is accepted, the permit set of plans are prepared. Next, we continue for the detail for Structural and Architectural designs. Our MEP team is also becomes involved at this stage to allow for continuity in the design and plans created.
After this complete we are able to prepare the plans for Permitting and as submission takes place., we are able to move to the preparation of the Final Documentation.

The Full Project Documentation includes all design details to their finest point. Profiles, Specifications and installation methods are meticulously developed and overlaid page by page to ensure the highest level of delivery for the end product.

Should the client desire Construction Services outside of PT NSG, will assist in the Bidding Process.
During the Bidding phase, RFP will be provided. We will coordinate, deliver and clarify all Documentation prepared for Tender and document all RFI, Submittals and Transmittals exchanged.
Once the client has selected the consultants, PT NSG will prepare for the Final Phase of the Design Process, Construction Administration.

During the Build Out of Construction, PT NSG will provide Construction Administration.
Our duties will entail inspection of work performed to ensure the building methods and materials used are in accordance with the specifications of the Construction Documents.
We will also provide ongoing support for clarification for issues the construction team may encounter.
Ongoing, PT NSG will provide approval for Variation orders and progress payments for works completed. The Final step during this process is to sign off on all works. We will provide a punch list for any items overlooked by the construction team, and verify once the Contract is fulfilled.
